If you are seeking leave pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act (EFMLEA) or FFCRA please submit your information through TalentEd. Information regarding logging into TalentEd can be found in this link: Employee Guide to TalentEd/Perform

Once you have signed into TalentEd, you will want to complete the blank document FFCRA (COVID-19) Employee Leave Request and submit it.
