Mrs. Tolpa needed to buy papertowels, and grade 2 students at Franklin Avenue were ready to give her a recommentation. Students had to evaluate the durability and absorbancy of three brands of paper towels. With the help of teachers and members from Westfield State University Science Department, they were able to make hypothesis, test their predictions, and say with confidence that "Bounty was the quicker picker upper!" Students enjoyed a morning of fun being scientists.
