With the rise in COVID cases across the city, it is important that we do all that we can to keep kids safe in school. Please complete the Test & Stay consent form by clicking the link above so that if your child is sent to the nurse's office with any symptoms of COVID, or if he or she is a close contact, your chld can be tested at Franklin Avenue. Results will be determined in 15 minutes through a simple, non-invasive nose swab. This will help keep kids in school and relieve caregivers from having to pick up their child and quarantining if your child only has a cold. Thanks for supporting your child's education.
