Westfield Public Schools and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health are pleased to offer Pfizer COVID-19 and Janssen J&J COVID-19 vaccination clinics to students, staff and community members on Thursday, August 26 at Westfield High School from 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Registration can be completed by clicking on the link below.
Registration is simple to complete using a smart device such as a cell phone, tablet, or computer. It will take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete the process. Parents/guardians are able to give fully-compliant consent for their minor to be vaccinated through the digital sign-up process. You’ll need to have general information and your health insurance card available to sign up. Health insurance is not required to participate.
The second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be administered at Westfield High School from 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 16. Please call Curative Customer Success at 888-702-9042 if you need assistance finding another clinic to attend.
