The Westfield Public Schools has partnered with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and CIC Health to begin Symptomatic Testing in school. Students who develop potential symptoms during the school day can take part in Symptomatic Testing to determine if their symptoms are Covid related. If the student tests negative, they they may be able to remain in school.
For those parents who would like their child to take part in this program, a digital consent link is found below. The consent form includes all three forms of testing. It is important to note that Westfield Public Schools is only participating in the Symptomatic Testing at this time.
