Westfield Public Schools Grades K-12 2026-2027 Registration is now open.
Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2026 to be eligible to attend Kindergarten for the upcoming school year (2026-2027). There are NO exceptions to this policy.
Screening appointments will be scheduled in late May/early June. Your child’s school will be in contact as the information becomes available.
The registration must be completed on a Chromebook or desktop. If you do not have access to this technology or need assistance, please use the link on the Registration page on our website to schedule an appointment. During the registration process, parents of elementary students can refer to the Grades K-4 Westfield Schools Street Listing to determine their child’s home school. This is located on our website www.schoolsofwestfield.org on the Registration page.

If your child is currently enrolled at on of our elementary schools for PreK for the CURRENT 2025-2026 school year, he/she will NOT need to complete the online registration for the upcoming school year however, if any contact information has changed please notify us. You will also be required to submit new immunization/physical documents.
