WIS will host an Open House on Thursday, October 7th from 5:00 - 6:30 PM. The format will be as follows:
5:00-5:30 - Virtual option for families who prefer not to come into the building. Teachers will be sending out links in their weekly communications. Families will join the link from their child's homeroom teacher where they will meet the team teachers and be able to view a presentation from the teachers. Special subject teachers will send out a link to a slideshow that will introduce themselves and give an overview of their class.
We will also be offering in person times for Open House. We have assigned times based upon the students last name to try and reduce the amount of people in the building at one time. The are as follows:
5:30-6:00 - Students with the last name starting with A-M
6:00-6:30 - Students with the last name starting with N-Z
For families attending our in person Open House - once you arrive at school you can head to your child's homeroom. Your child's homeroom teacher will have a schedule with teacher names and room numbers that you can use to navigate the building and meet other teachers.
Open House is for adults only and we ask, when possible, to limit it to one adult per child. Masks must be worn when inside the school building. Please call 572-6441 with any questions.
