Dear Westfield Middle School Community,
We are now accepting applications for the 8th Grade Assistant Principal position. I am forming a search committee that will be led by Karoline Kells, 7th Grade Assistant Principal. The committee will screen applications and conduct first-round interviews. The committee will present 2-3 finalists they would support, and I will conduct final interviews.
To be transparent about our needs: I'm seeking a candidate with previous administrative experience. Given our building's size, current needs, and role complexity, we need an experienced leader who can immediately handle student relations, staff development, building operations, and instructional leadership with minimal transition time. This readiness is essential for maintaining our school's stability and momentum, as well as to continue the work that Ms. Leveille started.
