Principal Dr Osborn and Mrs Argiro from the main office stand with the compiled donated canned goods and care packages

During the month of November, the eighth grade class at Westfield Virtual School, with the help of science teacher Dr. Susan Petrucelli, put on a food drive for the Westfield Food Pantry & Soup Kitchen.

The response from our school community was outstanding. We were able to donate a great deal of canned good and non-perishables, and even care packages. We are so pleased with the way our school came together to put on this food drive.

Dr. Petrucelli delivered the donations to the Westfield Food Pantry with the outstanding volunteer work of eighth grader Gavy.

Each student who donated was entered into a raffle for a toy prize. We would like to congratulate Jadiel in grade 6 for being our winner!

We are so thankful to have such a wonderful students and staff who go out of their way to help their community.
