Hello WTA Family!
It’s been something of a whirlwind, but we’re already five weeks deep into the 2021-2022 school year, and, all around, it’s been a fantastic start. In particular, our new freshmen, the Class of 2025, have fallen into the new routine of high school life and their exploratory rotations like veterans. And 26 of our seniors are already out on Co-Op, with a few more waiting in the wings. Congratulations on a job very well done!
As you already know, due to the lingering effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the current the school year, while certainly more “normal” than the last, has not been without some level of uncertainty and anxiety for students, families, and staff alike. I know that many of you continue to have questions and concerns, so it is important to keep the lines of communication open. To that end, I encourage you to reach out to me or to any of our administrators at (413) 572-6533 for information and/or clarification of any kind.
In closing, I encourage everyone in the WTA Family to tune into “Tiger Talk: A Little Slice of Heaven with Joe and Kevin”, each Thursday morning at 8:00 on 89.5 WSKB FM Radio, for news of all things WTA. While we have had to postpone our first broadcast from September 20 to October 14, I am delighted to welcome Assistant Principal Kevin Daley as my new cohost! So, remember, “You’re in the flow with Kev and Joe!” Also, our very own Tiger’s Pride Restaurant has already had a “soft opening” for the 2021-2022 School Year, so be sure to check for updates and weekly menus here on the WTA Facebook Page.
