Our first day at Westfield Intermediate School was a great start to the 2026-2027 school year! Students settled into their new routines, connected with teachers and classmates, and began learning what it means to be part of the WIS community. Students practiced our schoolwide ASK expectations — Accountable, Safe, and Kind — throughout the day and successfully completed our first fire drill, responding calmly and responsibly. We also enjoyed seeing students take advantage of our newly paved blacktop during recess, which added another exciting element to the first day. It was wonderful to see the energy, excitement, and sense of community throughout the building as our fifth and sixth graders began a new year together!
